Baby Yoga Classes
Fun, relaxing & hugely beneficial for you & your baby. During the 4 week course you will learn gentle stretches & poses. Songs, rhymes & sensory play are incorporate making classes lively and interactive.
Suitable for babies from 16 weeks upwards until they get too heavy to comfortably carry around. Please note this course is solely focused on your baby and is not a mother & baby yoga class. Sessions are 45 minutes long.

- Meet early developmental needs of the baby through touch, movement, sight and sound.
