Baby Yoga Classes

Fun, relaxing & hugely beneficial for you & your baby. During a course you will learn gentle stretches and poses. Songs, rhymes and sensory play are also incorporate making our classes lively and interactive. 

Suitable for babies from 16 weeks upwards until they get too heavy to comfortably carry around. Please note this course is solely focused on your baby and is not a mother and baby yoga class.
